I have adopted RX FIFOs for the CAN bus to ensure that I won't miss any multiplexed signals (a matter of caution, not a problem that actually ever occurred).

I have taken care to set everything up in a fashion that allows me turning it into a TX FIFO just by reconfiguring the FIFO base object. I just cannot think of a valid use case that I cannot implement by cycling throguh a number of regular message objects. Did I miss anything?
