[SOLVED] UART1 "TxD disconnected from integrated LIN-Trx" option disables P0.1 Output

    Hi,

I'm working with the TLE987x. I noticed that checking "TxD disconnected from integrated LIN-Trx"*box in Config Wizard UART1 setting disables P0.1 UART output (see screenshot attached).

This was tested using "UART1 send" uVision example project.

How to overcome this problem ?

    Hi,

It is not possible to send with P0.1 if you disconnect the LIN-TX from the UART1 TXD.

It is recommended to leave it connected and disable the LIN instead.
You can also set it to recieve only mode or sleep mode.

    Best Regards,
