Hi Abhijit,
For a given gate resistor Rg, IOUTH and IOUTL depend on the VCC2 and VEE2. By changing Rg, the output current delivered to the gate can be varied.
The charging/discharging current must be lower than the peak current allowed for the driver IC’s output stage to guarantee the safe operation.
