DAVE XMC 2Go Debug failed , but J-Link perspective everything is working correctly

I am using infineon XMC 2Go Evaluation Boards and DAVE-IDE-4.4.2-64Bit
SEGGER JLink_Windows_V644b,
Already viewed seggerforum and infineonforums , still test failed,
What went wrong?? Please help me.....
