    1ED020I12FTA- Two level turn off

    Hello,

    Can someone please tell me what is the value of current for second current source used during the discharge cycle of two level turn off after the threshold voltage is crossed as mentioned in datasheet of 1ED020I12FTA ?
    What will be the slope in the TLSET signal after it crosses the threshold voltage?

    Hi Abhijit,

    The "2nd current" is not specified. Figure 7-10 of datasheet shows the total timing for the two level turn time TLSET as a function of the external capacitor CTLSET.
    This covers non specified parameter of the time settings.
