[SOLVED] Segger JLink LiteCortexM-5V error when flash the device

I just changed my PC with a new Windows version.
I installed uVision and JLINK software 6.40
    debugger : Segger JLink LiteCortexM-5V

But when I try to flash, the device is telling me:

I uninstalled the Jlink 6.4 and downloaded the 6.32, but the uVision is still showing the same problem

At the beginning I was able to program the ePower
Then suddenly, I got this error (maybe Iíve updated something?)

Thanks a lot for your answer.

    Dear ePowerForever,

Please try again with the version 6.34h of the Segger JLink Driver. Before downgrading the JLink driver, you should close all running uVision instances.

    Best Regards,
