How to configurate FATFS APP in XMC4500_relax_kit

In my project we need to create about three thousand log file, which storage by CAN data through SDMMC module in XMC4500_relax_kit,
and we need to delete the oldest file to make sure enough space in SD card. At the same time we use FTP APP in our project to check and download files.

First question is we cannot use long file name in RTOS configuration ?
Second question: could we get the oldest file create information through a special function when we have so many files in my SD card ?
Third question is about FTP: can we use FTP to update our program, i.e program run through the SD card and we update through file ?

Any suggestion or discussion are appreciate sincerely, write soon.
    Best regards,
