    Product Infomation

    IFX007T is a new product in NovalithIC familimy targeting industry applications. It is an integrated high current half bridge containing one p-channel highside MOSFET and one n-channel lowside MOSFET with an integrated driver
    IC in one package. Due to the flexibility of the half-bridge concept, it can drive DC motor or combine with another two devices to drive BLDC motor.

    Is it possible to use the INH-Input (Inhibit) to supply a PWM-signal? Otherwise (PWM on IN) the BDC-motor will be shortened during PWM-off.
