Hello,
I will control a brushed DC motor using low side switching. [Picture attached]
How can I match the gate driver 1EDN7512 with this MOSFET (IRF200P222)? It has two inputs (IN+ and IN-) and one output.
PWM frequency is 25 kHz (or lower). The power supply for the gate driver is 12V. The bus voltage is about 150VDC. How do I find the proper gate resistor?

See figure 6 in the datasheet. According to your maximum gate current IGmax you wish to drive, which depends on switch on/off time and frequency, the gate resistor's value is approx RG=12V/IGmax.
