Hi,
you can check the datasheet of the two devices: XMC4500 Data Sheet and XMC4700 Data Sheet. At the page 17 and 18 respectively you can see the pin diagram. Additionally, you can use XMC Pinout Tool. And check it by yourself, but it seems on a quick look they are pin compactible. But beware that they have different peripherals and they may not have same functionality on the same pin. For this you should check "Port I/O Functions" table in the mentioned datasheets.
