    IRMCK311 Custom Programming Methods

    Dear Support,
    IRMCK311 Custom Programming Methods by JTAG, Can you give me some detailed information.
    For example: Hardware design, Operation Flow, Precautions etc. Thanks

    The following procedure,I try it to read the chip,but witch I get is 0x00,0x10,0x20,0x30,0x40......0xF0,Rather than blank value. were am I wrong? pls help me. thanks~

    Write 0xF5 to IR - Enter test mode
    Write 0x70 to IR then 0x0002 to DR - Set TCK to main system clock
    Write 0x50 to IR then 0x00 to DR - Set OTP_Setup to 0x00
    Write 0x51 to IR then 0xFFFF to DR - Set OTP_Address to 0xFFFF (disable read protection)
    Write 0x72 to IR
    Read DR - Dummy read
    Write 0x51 to IR then 0x0000 to DR - Set OTP_Address to 0x0000
    Write 0x72 to IR - Enable auto-increment OTP read
    Read DR - Dummy read
    Read DR - Read OTP address 0x0000
    Read DR - Read OTP address 0x0000

    Write 0xF6 to IR - Exit test mode
