I2C allcall address for I2C_SLAVE App

can I specify an allcall adress for the I2C SLAVE app, so I can send commands to every slave at once?

That's not possible using I2C protocol. You can use some multiplexers then you will be able to do it, but I think you should consider using another protocol.
