Hi Siegfried,
here is an update:
I used four Embedded Power ESCs with TLE9879QXA40 running EMAX RS2205 Motors with 6" bullnose props.
The Code is based on the FOC example code.
Startup time is <1s. (Startup reliability increased)
Maximum Speed is 9700rpm with 7 polepairs. (improvements ongoing)
Current limiter is set to 12A.
XMC flightcontroller is running Cleanflight.
PID Controller settings: default
RC reciever protocoll is SUMD (Graupner)
Flying behaviour is stable for punch outs and flips.
Small overshoots in sharp turns may be optimized in future.
Best Regards,
M.K.

Hello Mc-Key,
I am wondering if you can publish the design of the ESC as I am confused on what components I should remove from the BLDC TLE9879 arduino shield to make my own drone.
It is clear that the arduino shield contains too much components that will make the drone's weight and pcb size go up which is no good. In other words, I am wondering which components are not must haves.
Thanks,
Daniel
