    TLE 6244X Overvoltage Flag

I'm using a TLE 6244x to turn on a motor, and the overvoltage flag in STATCON_REG is triggered (the bit is 0), however, I'm measuring the voltage across VDD, and it's within range (5.0 and the range is 4.5-5.5V).

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi Richard Li,

The power supply voltage is OK. Which bit of the StatCON Register is set? Is it Bit 4?

The STATCON_Register is used by the over-temperature detection. Have a look at chapter 4.5. of this appnote:
in case of an over-temperature condition, bit 4 of STATCON is set to 0 and the corresponding diagnostic bits are set to HL.

The switching can be crosschecked: As you use a motor inductive loads are used. See this Appnote chapter 3.2. In figure 6 you find the switching behaviour. Can you compare it against your measurement? Which channel do you use?
