Hi
I am trying to use the internal eeprom DFLASH to store profiles and serial numbers I am able to read the memory after writing with Memtool but unable to modify data using my code.
Is there some example code I look at.
Do I need to erase before overwriting if so how do I erase
Carl

Hi,
The FlashDemo example may help you further. It is included in the AURIX iLLD Demos v1.0.0.11.0.zip archive available from the MyInfineon portal. If you've not already signed up then this posting will help you further on how it is done.
