Hello,
In one of our project we are required to consume less power to meet the sleep current requirement.
There are few unused I/O pins and these pins need to be configured such that they consume very low power.
To what state should I configure these unused I/O pins?

How to configure unused I/O pins? Answer. Background information: When unused digital inputs are left unconnected they will float, TC290/TC297/TC298/TC299 BB-Step Data Sheet downloaded by saravanakumar maniyam ... that the upper 64 bytes of any memory be unused for instruction storage. click on, look up
