Hello,
I use the IFX91041EJV50 to generate a voltage of 5VDC from 24VDC. The switching controller works electrically as expected, but the module is already unusually warm at 0.8A output current.
A temperature increase of approx. 40 ° C on the chip surface was measured with a laser thermometer.
Components: 47μH with 3A saturation current, Schottky diode for 2A.
Is this significant temperature rise normal or is it another problem?
Thanks Dieter
