Hi all,
I suppose I am trying to figure out what the PORST rise time requirement, on pg 78 (table 38), means for my upcoming design. I see in the relax kit this pin is simply pulled up to +3.3V. Would this mean that my power supply would have to rise at a certain rate? Or do I need to put a power supervisor IC to make sure the system remains in reset until the power is fully stable? Generally I voltage regulators I use have a couple of millisecond rise times.

Thanks

Hi,

I would just copy the values from our reference designs.

Several milliseconds to stabilize? Which regulator are you using?
