Hello
Can anybody show what are the ranges of "Internal reference upper and lower supply range" are and show some sample code?
The Reference Manual doesn't explain alot on this topic.

I also have difficulty to understand this "lower range" and "upper range".
It seems to be configured according to your supply power voltage.

Hi,
yes the answer from aurixuser is correct.
Depending on your supply voltage you have to configure "Uppper Range" or "Lower Range".
In both cases the Reference is 5V.
You can see it also in Figure 16-8 in the Reference Manuel XMC1300 (V1.2).
