Not sure what device you are working with, I have never seen an 'i' before.
Search your user manual for "Bit Function Terminology".
The other letters are:
r - read
w - write
h - hardware, can be modified by the hardware
s - sticky, generally means if the bit field's reset value is changed by software, it can only be changed again by reset.
