Hello,
Are you using the starter kit or your own board?
And are you connecting with a mini-wiggler?
Regards,
Min Wei

Hello Arunchand,
I am using a XC2220U kit and with this board, I can connect to the memtool by:
1) Selecting the target in memtool to be "Easykit with XC2220U-8F (DAS)".
2) Connecting the USB cable to PC.
3) Click on button.
Can you select also the DAS option and see if it makes a difference?
Btw, you should also check that the board is detected correctly through your PC's device manager, under Ports (COM & LPT). You should be able to see something like "Infineon DAS JDS COM (COM number)".
Regards,
Min Wei

Hello Arunchand,
Your screenshot still shows "Easykit with XC2365A-104F (BSL/ASC)".
But you do mean "Easykit with XC2365A-104F (DAS)" and this is not working still?
I assume you have DAS already installed.
Regards,
Min Wei
