Greetings,
sir/madam i am reading power control unit which is sub module of system control unit in xmc4100 may i know what is the importance of EVRVADCSTAT Register in Power Control Unit?
is the register will used for Analog to Digital Converter result or External Supply voltage monitor Result???
Thanks and Regards,
harshan

Hi Harshan,
This register is a rh register. It means that this bit or bit field can be modified by hardware (read-hardware, typical example: status flags). A read of this bit or bit field give the actual status of this bit or bit field back. Writing to this bit or bit field has no effect to the setting of this bit or bit field.
This register EVRVADCSTAT is a Supply voltage monitor register. The actual voltage represented are represented by the VADC13V and VADC33 and are automatically converted into these registers. This would allow the supply voltage to be monitored directly by software.
Regards,
Daryl
