Hi,
Currently, in DAVE v3.1.10 ETH002 APP, we only support 2 PHY versions from National Semiconductor: DP83848YB or Micrel: KSZ8031RNL.
The APP has only been testing to work with these 2 devices. Please consider to use the devices as supported in the APP.
However, if really require, from the code, it seems that it is possible to update the definition to another PHY in the code: EthernetPHY_Private.h
However, since it has not been tested with this hardware version, and we cannot guarantee that it can work.
This is up to the user's application requirement and discretion.
Regards,
Daryl 🙂

Hi Eason,
The APP today gives an example how support for different PHY can be implemented.
To my knowledge, currently there is no plan to increase the PHY device support into the APP.
Regards,
Daryl
