Hello, I'm attempting a simple hello world simulation of an OptiMOS 5 device per Linear Technology's guidance here and finding LTspice IV 4.23b is unable to locate NMOS models in the OptiMOS libraries Infineon makes available for download from the parts' individual webpages. Section 2.1 of the application note distributed with the models (AN2014-02 v2.0) indicates LTspice support. So I'm wondering what I'm doing incorrectly here.

For example, opening the .asc in the attached and choosing Simulate -> Run pops up

m1: Can't find definition of model "bsc097n06ns"

A little experimentation indicates LTspice is processing the .lib directive and locating the OptiMOS file it points to the same directory as the .asc. So I would expect the device model should be resolvable by name. I get identical behaviour with .inc instead of .lib.
