Hello,
Is it possible to make DAVE start with all editor Windows open from previous session? Normally it is Eclipse function.

Hello. I have the same question. I cannot open the eTicket 171452854 Sophia mentioned because any try returns "Error 500".
When I open a Dave Workspace, first of all Dave opens all C++ editor windows which were open when I quit the previous session. This means that Dave has all the information it needs to reopen them.
But then, the Progress Information about "Loading project information. Please wait..." appears. While it appears, all editor windows get closed. This ends up with no editor windows open.
My question: Is there any setting in the Preferences dialogue like "at startup, keep open editor windows open after project loading" or simply "re-open windows from last session" which I possibly have overlooked? Or is there any other method to overcome this behaviour?
I wish you all the best for 2021. Best regards

Dear Jesus and Hans,
thank you so much for your replies. I tried at first the advice from Hans (DAVE CE Preferences - uncheck "Close all opened editors on active project switch"), and this works! Thank you!
Btw, why is it a "project switch" if the last open project from previous session gets open again in the next DAVE startup? Anyway, my initial problem is solved.

Joachim
