I tried to install DAVE APP Library from local folder into DAVE 4, but finally it didn't work as the picture shows below.

Hi,
Did you mean that you tried to install the "UpdateSites.zip" downloaded from the XMC APPs download webpage? I'm afraid that your downloading is either incomplete or incorrect.
But I don't understand why you need to install APPs separately since the completed DAVE IDE download package includes XMC Lib, DAVE APPs, EXAMPLES as well as the DAVE SDK?
The available APPs and Device Descriptions (DD) are stored under users' folders "C:\Users\\Infineon\D_LibraryStore_4.0.0\resources\DaveAppLibrary\XMC4000\APP" and "C:\Users\\Infineon\D_LibraryStore_4.0.0\resources\DaveAppLibrary\XMC4000\DEVICES".
