You can use the BTS555 in parallel, Ris should be 1kOhm/n if several (n) devices are used in parallel. If you are using two -> Ris = 500Ohm each.

I have another question - which of the accompanying diagrams correct?
1.jpg - I have tried in the car, a very strong heating BTS555. (D1 -Shottky SBL2040CT).
2.jpg and 2-1.jpg - I want to try such schemes.
