Hi Team,
For a small wearable electronic gadget the components need to be leadless and minimal footprint.
what TVS diode devices do you recommend for ESD protection of wearable electronics?
thanks
W.

For ESD protection of wearable and other small mobile electronic devices we recommend our TVS diodes in Wafer Level Leadless (WLL) technology. Some examples:
1) Wafer Level Leadless 1005
Very small form factor down to 0.58 x 0.28 x 0.15 mm3. Bidirectional.
ESD202-B1-CSP01005 – General purpose
2) Wafer Level Leadless 0201
Very small form factor down to 0.43 x 0.23 x 0.15 mm3. Bidirectional.
ESD200-B1-CSP0201 – General purpose (6.5pF)
ESD108-B1-CSP0201 – Low Cap
Please feel free to contact us to discuss your application's requirements and find out the TVS Diode that matches at best.

Do you have any technical note for a 01005 with low cap? I need max 0.4pF (1MHz).

I just found it, the 0.28pF in 01005 it's on AN392 under Infineon website. Thanks anyway.
