Hello.
I'm trying to find a XC2000 family microcontroller with 12-bit AD converter.
It's difficult because in the parameter search tool we can't select option
between 10-bit or 12-bit AD converter.
Do you have a list of XC2000 with 12-bit AD converter?

thanks a lot for your help!

Dear Morten211,

You are absolutely right - currently there is no chance to search by this parametric. Thanks for your hint, we try to get this done.

To answer your question - the new Ultra-Low-End, the Low-End and the iCache products have a 12-bit ADC. The other products in the XE166/XC2000 family still have the 10-bit ADC.

Best regards

Markus

Hi Markus, which devices are the Ultra-Low-End, Low-End and iCache? this must be Infineon internal terminology, right?
