The P2.7 and P2.8 are assigned to VADC0.G1CH1 (Group1 Channel1) and VADC0.G0CH1 (Group0 Channel1) respectively for XMC1100 series. But these two pins are bounded together for VQFN-24 package devices.
Because the XMC1100 does not provide the dual group access to the ADC channels, each ADC pin is mapped only once to an ADC group. In VQFN-24 package, only group0 is allowed to be used. Details can be found in "
xmc1100_ds_v1.4_2014_05".
Hence, you need to select P2.8 instead of P2.7 when use ADC004 [1.0.8] for XMC1100-Q024 devices.
