I currently am using two BTS711L1 N Channel Power FETs to drive 8 proportional valves, however a common issue with proportional valves is as current is applied to them, they heat up and as a result the resistance increases and the current decreases. I am hoping to develop a constant current circuit similar to the way LED drivers work (I can't find an LED driver capable of up to 2A at 24V). Does anyone have experience with this type of circuit design?

Adam

Hello,
Can you please us let know what is your current requirement for your application? Or can send a schematic for further analysis?
BTS711L1 has load current total of 4.4 A when all the four channels are in parallel.

Anshika
