Them manual at table 7-2
1FFFC000 1FFFFFFF PSRAM (code)
but the DAVE generated Linker script says:
PSRAM_1(!RX) : ORIGIN = 0x1FFFE000, LENGTH = 0x2000
What is the correct start address 0x1FFFC000 or 0x1FFFE000 ?

It depends on the device marking, there are 20 KB and 40 KB Versions:
40 Kbytes
1FFF C000H −1FFF FFFFH

20 Kbytes

40 Kbytes
