Ever wonder how XMC1000 with Cortex-M0 can solve complicated calculation for Motor Control application?
This is because there is MATH Co-processor inside to provides a 32bit divider as well as 24bit CORDIC for trigonometric.
Both Divider and Cordic can operate in parallel next to the Cortex-M0 CPU core.
For example, Field Oriented Control (FOC) algorithm in motor control which requires Park Transform is calculated using the MATH Co-processor.
