Hi,
You can use the read function from the Memtool.
After connected to the device, click the read and input the address range you want to read.
After that, you could save it as HEX file.

I don't get an option to save this as a Hex file. It will just read and in the second image the only option i get is to exit. No Hex File saved. though it shows that it successfully read the memory specified.
