Hi,
the setting "Restore editor state on startup" should restore all editor tabs on startup, correct?
It doesn't work with DAVE 3.1.8 here, no editor windows are open after a DAVE restart.

The same issue is in Dave 4.4.2 again.
That is very very pesky.
I think I use another controller for the next project.

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The issue is related to the concept of active project used in DAVE4. You can workaround it using the Mylyn plugin. See https://www.eclipse.org/mylyn
You can install the plugin in DAVE4, using Help>Install New Software...
1. Enable the Neon update site
2. Select Work with the Neon update site, and filter after Mylyn. You will need to select the packages shown below
3. There are a lot of resources in the web about Mylyn but I found easy to follow instructions at http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/Mylyn/article.html to define a task.
With the task active, you can associate files to the task. You can have several tasks and switch among them easily.
Regards,
Jesus
