I have been trying to find an app to use for FOC of a 3-phase induction motor. I would like to use 3 shunt type current sensors( 1 for each phase) and also an encoder if necessary.
I am putting together an electric vehicle of my own design. Using motors also of my own design. 12 pole and approximately 200 hp each. Still working out suppliers for the motor laminates. so that is why the approximation. If I can obtain cobalt alloy laminations it could be higher horsepower and much more efficient.
I already have the inverter and driver sections worked out. I plan on using an XMC 4000 series processor. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
For you to getting started with XMC4000 series processor, you may refer to

It's an good guidance for you to startup with DAVE tools and the app concept. For first step, you can try to use Ac induction motor apps for your application.
