In IGBT datasheet, what are the definitions of Qrr, tr, and tf? For Qrr, what kind of definition does it correspond to?. Thanks in advance.

Definitions for the dynamic parameters tr and tf you find in chapter "3.10 Dynamic behavior".
In chapter "4.4. Reverse recovery" you will find the definition for Qrr.
Be aware, that different upper integration limits might be used by our competition.
Your attached pictures show alternative ways, e.g. integration up 10% IRM.
Infineon uses a integration limit up to 2% IRM to cover the whole recovery process.

Thank you for your answer! Now, I know the definition of Qrr, tr and tf. But, I don't find the information for trr. Can I assume that the value of trr is equal to (t2 - t‘) in the graph.

Yes, you are right.
trr represents the duration of the occurrence of reverse recovery current. it is measured from the point of time, where the current crosses the zero line up to 2% IRM.
