Hej.
Jeg er i gang med reparation af en solcelleinverter hvor modulet F3L15R12W2H3 er kortsluttet mellem ben G34 og N.
Derudover er IC kredsen 1ED020I12-FF defekt, sammen med MIC4452YM.
Mit spørgsmål går på, at jeg kun kan finde data på 1ED020I12-F2, som iflg. datablad ikke bruger ben 4.
På printet er der forbindelse til ben 4, så derfor tror jeg ikke at -F2 kan bruges i stedet for -FF , som jeg ikke kan finde datablad og leverandør af.
Kan noget erstatte -FF eller kan den skaffes et sted?

I am in the process of repairing a solar cell inverter where the module F3L15R12W2H3 is short-circuited between pins G34 and N.
In addition, the IC circuit 1ED020I12-FF is defective, together with the MIC4452YM.
My question is that I can only find data on 1ED020I12-F2, which according to data sheet does not use pin 4.
On the print there is a connection to pin 4, so therefore I do not think that -F2 can be used instead of -FF, which I can not find data sheet and supplier of.
Can something replace -FF or can it be obtained somewhere?

1ED020I12-FF and 1ED020I12-F are the previous generation of 1ED020I12-F2, and it is not recommend for new design. For any new project, it is highly recommended to use 1ED020I12-F2 instead.
1ED020I12-FT is in the same product family of 1ED020I12-F2, but provide Two-level turn-of feature. 1ED020I12-FT behaves different to 1ED020I12-FF.
1ED020I12-FF and 1ED020I12-F2 are pin and function compatible, typical only the R_DESAT and C_DESAT have to be adapted. Otherwise the 1ED020I12-F2 is much more handy than the previous 1ED020I12-F (not that sensitive for DESAT disturbance).

Hi,
Can you please explain the routing done on the PCB for the gate driver IC. This would help us further shortlist the gate driver IC.
As per the connections seen in the image, there is a capacitor and diode connected across pins 1 and 2. But from the 1ED020I12-BT datasheet application diagram as shown below, this connection has to be made across TLSET and GND2, which are on the pins 4 and 3. So please take care of these external IC pin connections.
As far as the farnell parts are considered, please use the below item number,

It is mysterious, as if i follow pin 4 (TLSET) from the datasheet from -BT and pin 3 (GND2) this tracks end on the back side of the PCB to no components, but it is prepare for components, as you can see on the picture.
It is mysterious there is no datasheet of the -FF version.

Thank you very much from all that have answer. I will look on the datasheet of -F2.
It is not a new design, but is to repairing of a older solar cell inverter.
I have already buy and mounted a new F3L15R12W2H3 module.and the MIC4452YM is also defect.
