I have a question regarding the thermal resistance of IQE013N04LM6 and IQE013N04LM6CG.
Isn't the unit of thermal rsistance [℃/W] instead of [K/W]?

[K / W] and [℃ / W] have the same meaning.
Since thermal resistance defines the temperature rise per 1W, both "K" and "℃" have the same meaning in terms of temperature rise.
