From the document of ‘The latest generation of high efficiency 25 V integrated power stages’, I just notice there are TDAxxx series and IRxxx series. As shown in the attached image.
Could you pls comment on the different between them? Ths!

Hello Wilson,
The IR stands for International Rectifier, which was integrated into the Infineon group in 2015.
Thus, IRxxx parts are International Rectifier parts.
The TDA parts are original Infineon parts that have all of the technology advancements Infineon is known for.

You can see in the link above that, although both types are active, TDA parts are preferred for new designs.
They also have a wider product range.
Please check the active part numbers as the document you referenced is from 2016 and the specific parts that appear in the document may not be available.
