Why does read flash enter a trap after erase Flash in TC275 ,Thanks!

Could be any number of reasons! First, what trap is raised and where?

The flash is ECC protected. When you erase the flash you erase also the ECC information. When you now read the erased flash then there is an ECC error detected because the ECC information is not valid for the erase state.
When you program the flash then also the valid ECC will be programmed and read of flash is possible.
To check that flash sector is erase you can use the Verify Erased Logical Sector Range command sequence (see UM 2.1 page 1045 for more information).
