Hello,
I am currently working on implementing ptp on the Aurix TC277. For this, I activated enhanced descriptors and time stamping. This seems to work correctly so far, but I have noticed that the ETH read controller occasionally remains stuck, and ETH stops working. I have checked the ETH_DEBUG register and noticed that when ETH stops working, the read controller is always stuck with RRCSTS = 2 = Reading frame status (or timestamp). Does anyone know what can cause the read controller to get stuck in this state? Time stamping works correctly until it gets stuck randomly. When I deactivate time stamping, the issue disappears.

Hi,
could you share some code for this problem?
Maybe there is a problem with the FIFO read controller.
