Hi,
I am trying to understand if I can use 1EDN8550B as a high side load switch for my system. My system is running from a 48V battery with Max current of 80A. The system so far consumes around 30A of current which consists of a combination of DC and BLDC motors and intelligent controllers.
The design that I am trying to use is for the safety system just before the buck converter, hence wanted to understand if this will a feasible solution.
The datasheet shows a high side switch application (Figure 11, topic 6.4) and I am wondering if I can do the same for a high side switch.
Thanks a lot in advance
