Hello,
I want to used the LTspice to simulate the BTN8962TA.
On the limitation of the model, it's not write that SR pin isn't taking into account.
But, If I change the SR resistor from SR pin to ground from 0ohm to 51kohm, nothing change about the rise and fall time.
Simulation with SR = 51Kohm
It's the model and and the half bridge file without modification from Infineon.
So, the thermal result is wrong and I would like make the FFT of the output voltage, but it will be wrong also.
Is it a limitation on the spice model or an error of the model?
Thank you

Hi,
the spice model for BTN8962TA has here limitations and changes in the SR resistor will nit show changes in slew rate. We will improve the model in a next revision.
