Hi,
I am using TC297 microcontroller with single 3.3V supply mode.
During Internal EVR13 (1.3V Supply with external device) with below mentioned HW configuration it is not working in direct supply in single attempt (VGATE1P - High ).
To work this section properly need to remove the power supply and connect for multiple times then it is generating pulse from VGATE1P and 1.3V generating from complementary MOSFET.
Facing same problem in SMPS and LDO mode. But during external 1.3V supply mode it is working properly

* 0-Pulldown with 1K
*1-Pullup with 1K
*HW CFG6 tried both the combination
*HW CFG-Hardware configuration
