Hi everyone,

Regarding the Low pass filter configuration for the CAPTURE App...

4960.attach

What is meant by 'Clock Cycles' please ? Is it the Clock Cycles before CCU pre-scaling or is it the 'Actual Timer Resolution' shown in the 'General Settings' tab? For example 7 x 273066.77 nsec

4961.attach

Thank you in advance for any help on this.

Hi,

To answer your question for a wider audience,

Yes, the low pass configuration field when enable will set the Hardware noise filter to accept the signal.
The input signal value need to be stable for these number of cycles before the Level/transition signal is recognized and accepted.
Clock cycles are related to the Freq of timer module.
For example input freq fCCU4=144Mhz ,
Then 3 cycles are 3 clock cycles of fCCU4 freq.

Best Regards,
Vasanth
