Hi Team. Hoping for some advice.
I am upgrading the power stage of an electronic speed controller (3 phase driving 10 80a fets in parallel per phase) and its an old controller using a 24pin gate driver.
The fets I am upgrading to are IRFS7434-7P FETs, so I am after a recommendation on a gate driver to drive these fets, 3 phases, in parallel. Voltage class would be around 80v as input voltage will only be upwards of 40-50v...so giving myself some headroom there.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can look at IR2010 and IRS2007 / IRS2008.
We also have a new family of gate drivers coming soon. You can contact your local Infineon Sales or FAE to provide you more information.
