I would like to have your opinion on which one between IKFW50N65DH5 and IKFW75N65EH5 is a better alternative to IKW40N65H5 for applications with a switching frequency of about 70kHz-80kHz.

Dear Rosa,

the IKFW75N65EH5 has roughly twice the IGBT and three times the diode current rating compared to your reference device. If you do not want to reduce the number of parallel device in your system but a direct one-to-one replacement, the IKFW50N65DH5 is definitely closer to the IKW40N65H5. However, the direct alternative would be the IKFW40N65DH5.
