SAK-TC233 Programming circuit

Hi Sir,

We are an IC programmer manufacturer,
Currently we are going to develop the SAK-TC233 programming process
The figure below is our hardware configuration circuit.
Is there any improvement or suggestion?

Remove 1M resistor between XTAL1 and XTAL2, not needed.
Add a serial resistor with 0R in XTAL2.
Which interface you will use for programming?
VCAP1 and VCAP2 are wrong connected. See AP32261 for minimum needed values and connections.
Set the HWCFG pins to high, except HWCFG0 should be low.
