From the datasheet (V 2.2, 2017-01-03) it is relatively clear, that daisy chaining in 8bit-Mode is possible in all topologies from figure 23, because SDI and SSI input is ignored. But how should a command in 16bit mode be daisy-chained?
For 16bit SPI mode 1 (figure 25) daisy-chaining is declared as "supported", but it seem impractical to feed input or wire break data as command to the next chain stage. Any clarification would be highly appreciated.
